Shifting the way people shared short stories online was an existing challenge. Weboo worked closely with Big Babble to deliver a community-orientated web site that encouraged visitors to contribute and share new content.
Weboo and Big Babble decided to use WordPress. This meant Big Babble had the benefits of a stable Content Management System and mature administration interface. Weboo added bespoke registration, account management, article management, rating and social media sharing systems as well as numerous unique widgets to make Big Babble feel like a completely custom system. Big Babble is linked to Twitter and Facebook, and has strong SEO features to ensure any articles submitted are automatically promoted online.
Big Babble’s site has attracted a range of authors contributing stories across a broad range of categories. To date 50,000 words have been babbled.
